4LAWS LLC 87-1948192-000 | Government Grant Application

4LAWS LLC | Application Preview

4LAWS LLC is seeking government grants to fund the construction of a small gym facility aimed at increasing revenue and better serving clients. Currently, the owner faces financial losses while traveling to various gyms for training. Establishing a dedicated space would allow for a projected increase in clients from 5 to approximately 15, generating an estimated monthly revenue of $1,500.

The business plan includes providing fitness services and sponsoring local little league teams in soccer, baseball, basketball, and football. As the client base expands, there are plans to hire additional personal trainers, creating opportunities for them to utilize the facility.

The funding is intended to support community members, particularly those affected by COVID-19 who struggle to access gyms or secure affordable childcare while exercising. As the first black-owned gym within a 50-mile radius, the owner has garnered strong community support and aims to create a welcoming environment for all. A focus will also be on assisting veterans in need of affordable rehabilitation services.

In a competitive market that includes establishments like Quest Fitness and The Sweatshop, the owner emphasizes a unique edge derived from over a decade of experience as an athlete and military background, offering specialized one-on-one training. Overall, the goal is to establish a facility that embodies community support and personal growth.

  • Funding Usage

I would like to use the funds to build a small facility that will allow to me bring in more revenue with my clients. As of right now I am going gym to gym training my clients losing finances monthly. If I were able to build a small gym, I could bring in more clients (roughly 10 more) bringing my total to 15 clients I would bring in a total revenue just with clients of about $1,500.00 Monthly.

  • Business Plan

Providing services not only in the fitness industry but by helping sponsoring little league teams in the area such as, soccer, baseball, basketball and football. The fitness facility will grow as more clients come in but I would like to hire more personal trainers to come in and use the facility for their own personal gains as well as my own. I would like the funding to help those who are not able to get to a gym due to COVID related issues causing them to be a stay at home parent as well as those who need a place to bring their children without having to worry about the extra cost for children supervision. I would also be the first black owned gym within a 50 mile radius and I have a lot of support behind me I just need the grant to help me bring my vision to life. I am in the service business and me being a Veteran, I would like to help my brothers and sisters in arms who are needing a place for rehabilitation at a cheaper cost.

  • Self Identified Competition

Quest Fitness, The Sweatshop, Fitness Legacy With 10+ years of experience being an athlete and being in the military, I have a lot of knowledge and experience that I do believe no other gym can provide especially with 1-on-1 training. Like I previously stated, I would be the first black owned gym in the area with a lot of support. I just need the facility to do what I love to do.
