Business Plan
Over the next 5 years we plan to grow by returning to and growing our live entertainment. We were launching pool and dart leagues and tournaments when COVID-19 hit. Live band karaoke and open mic comedy are also upcoming events that will grow our business. We hope to add a patio for outdoor seating in the next few months, and a rooftop patio over the next 4 years. Our location is across the street from theater venue that has been recently purchased and being renovated by the city that will draw more people to our area. There are also new luxury apartments being built less than half a block away. We are located in the heart of a growing city on Main Street between time live entertainment venues that host a variety of acts.

Self Identified Competition
DT Kirby’s a bar a few blocks away that with a food local following, known for hot dogs and not serving ketchup. Digby’s a bar a few blocks away that has a large outdoor patio that has live bands during the warm months. The Blind Pig a bar a few blocks away that is a smoking bar serves and has pay per view events and cigar nights. Bobby T’s is different from our competitors because we smoke all of our own food, infuse our own drinks, are family friendly during certain hours and events, and host a variety of live entertainment. Our live entertainment includes karaoke, stand up comedy, open mic comedy, acoustic music, live band karaoke, burlesque, and drag shows.
