Eagles.Eye.Transport.llc | Application Preview
Eagles.Eye.Transport.llc is seeking government grants to support the startup phase of their business, specifically for the initial months of operation until cash flow improves. The owner plans to use the funds to establish a solid foundation, anticipating that the company will grow sustainably in the following months.
The business plan includes expanding the fleet by adding three transport vehicles over the next five years, aiming for an annual revenue of $1.4 million by focusing on general freight transportation.
The grant application emphasizes the applicant's commitment to service during the pandemic, positioning himself as a dedicated entrepreneur who can contribute to keeping supply chains running and ensuring people remain fed.
In terms of competition, the owner recognizes that the main challenge comes from existing market dynamics and the need to secure contracts or independent loads, often facilitated by brokers. However, the competitive edge lies in the ability to focus on smaller loads that more established competitors overlook. By capitalizing on these smaller shipments, the business intends to build volume and strengthen its market presence.

Business Plan
within the next 5 years I plan on adding three additional transport vehicles bringing 1.4 million in company revenues annually minimal. transporting general freight Strong demanding entrepreneur thats serious about his working and doing my service to America. Helping and keeping everyone fed and everything circulate amidst this pandemic.

Self Identified Competition
only competition is myself, open market, but to beat the competition contracts are needed to set in stone or independent loads secured. [usually via hired broker] competitors are looking for the big loads no one wants the small crumbs in a big sea, but a beginner like me thats all feed. I see much potential taking advantage of the smaller loads none of the veterans want. giving advantage w. more quantity orders.
