Our biggest competitors consist of Property Guys, Palm Beach Flippers, and South Florida Flippers who all been working in the busy for many years and knows the markets very well. They have the capital and relationships to control the market. They use low cost material and finishes to maximize their profits. Their design is ideas are dated and "cookie cutter." We plan to incorporate technology, LED lighting, and high end finishes into our designs to demand higher sell prices and attract a wide range of clients.
