The company aims to expand over the next five years by increasing its fleet and opening new rental locations in Atlanta, GA, and Memphis, TN.

Kwest Auto Rentals hopes to differentiate itself by offering a unique rental experience, focusing on reliability, affordability, and personalized service.
In the face of competition from major players like Hertz and Enterprise, Kwest intends to provide better pricing and a more intimate customer experience. The approach includes delivering well-maintained vehicles that undergo thorough safety inspections, along with a family-oriented service that aims to make each customer feel valued and special. Overall, Kwest Auto Rentals positions itself as a community-focused alternative to larger rental companies.

Business Plan
Over the next 5 years, we will grow our business by adding vehicles and expanding locations for guest rentals. Plan to add at least two vehicles by March of 2022, and three vehicles by the end of year 2022 for a total of five. Planning to expanding locations to Atlanta GA and Memphis Tennessee. in an industry that is seeing a restructuring, due to a pandemic and 24% loss of revenue over the past couple of years, it is still a $23 billion dollar industry. While the top earner of 2020 being Enterprise generating well over $14 billion in revenue, smaller companies like Rent-A-Wreck-Of America saw revenue of over $18 million. While I am a startup and small business, my goal is to take advantage of the challenges the auto rental company is facing by giving customer alternative to larger and midsize companies by offering not just a vehicle, but an experience. Customers still want to travel, and they need cars that are reliable and affordable. It is my goal to provide cars for all occasions that go through an equally thorough safety inspection, well maintained, and cost effective. While also providing a mom-and-pop style rental that will make every customer feel like family.

Self Identified Competition
Hertz, Enterprise, and Rent-A-Wreck-Of America are my top three competitors. They are major chains, but also have higher costs for reservations. Being a small business owner, I can provide a higher class of vehicles for equal to or less than the current price provided by the competition. I can provide a more personal experience with my customers, by providing options like their favorite fragrances, show them the vehicle as if they are family. I create a relationship with every guest and do my best to make them feel special, and not just another reservation for a car. I take pride in being a family-owned business dedicated to serving families.
