Business Plan
I plan to grow my business in the next 5 years by getting my coffee into retail chains, restaurants, and businesses. On top of that, I want to open a coffee shop once I have a more established presence and stability. Investors should invest in me because I am the hardest working 16 year old you will ever meet. I am creating a new era for teen entrepreneurs and the perseverance I had to start my business was unmatched. Starting a business as an adult is hard enough - starting a business at 16 is even harder.

Self Identified Competition
1. The Roasterie. The Roasterie is my top competitor because they hold a monopoly on the coffee market in Kansas City. When you think coffee in KC, you think of The Roasterie. 2. Temecula Coffee Roasters. Temecula Coffee Roasters is one of my top competitors because they currently are apart of my private label. Lots of other brands that dropship are using the same/similar coffee. 3. Onyx Coffee Lab. Onyx Coffee Lab is another one of my top competitors because we have a VERY similar target market. Onyx sells organic coffee that is fresh roasted and they are getting on the trend of specialty grade coffee. I am different from my competitors because of my age and the tenacity I have. I have been able to start a business at 16 - the possibilities for me are endless. On top of that, I have several forms waiting to be approved for the purpose of giving back to my home town (Kansas City) and charities/foundations I will support.
