Funding Usage
I am needing funds to conduct an initial marketing campaign and to assist in the search for quality Caregivers. I also have business items that need to be purchased in order to conduct proper training with any Caregivers I employ. Items such as Hoyer Lifts and Hospital Beds, as well as other necessary equipment used in the performance of employment.

Business Plan
My plans and goals are to conduct a continuous marketing campaign in the search for new Clients. Also to find and train the best Caregivers possible. With that to provide the best care, help and assistance possible to all of our Clients. I do have desires to expand into the state of Ohio when the time is right, I also will actively pursue Medicare and Medicaid. And most importantly, within a year or two, I wish to be listed as an approved Vendor for the Veterans Administration. As a disabled Veteran myself, helping fellow Veterans is something very important to me. I feel that my business will be one of Service to people who truly need us. Our elderly, our disabled and our Veterans need and deserve the best care possible. I also believe that Home Care is the future, people will be staying in Hospitals, Hospices, Senior Living facilities, less and less as time goes by. With the COVID pandemic, it is far safer for people to remain in their homes rather than be in medical institutions. And they will need competent help and caring companionship. I can provide all of that.

Self Identified Competition
My top competition would be: Reid Home Care. The Reid Health organization has been around for a very long time. I personally feel they are more focused on their profits and not on the Client. I understand that we all need to make a profit, but that can be done while not losing site of the wellbeing of the Client. Next would be Advantage Home Care, followed by Synergy Home Care. Both are good organizations, I do not know enough about them to comment on how they are run. I feel my business will offer top notch care and assistance to our Clients. For one, we will have one thing the other organizations will not have, and that is me. As I have said, I am a disabled Veteran, I am wheelchair bound, I know what it is like to depend on other people for basic daily needs. I know how difficult that can make your daily life. Things as simple as putting your shoes on can become a very daunting task. A little compassion goes a very long way. I am also a very organized individual, I have already put in place detailed processes for every possible situation. I have a very detailed Procedures and Policy manual, along with step by step guides for the initial contact with Clients, inspecting their homes, the day to day care of the Clients, and complete procedures all the way until the contract is finished. I have detailed training in place for every employee, including 14 hours initial training before they can even see a Client, plus ongoing training and annual review training. I feel that by providing the highest quality Caregivers, Richmond In Home Care, LLC will rise to the top. We will provide lasting care, personalized assistance and a Professional staff, and I will always lead by example.
