Business Plan
We need to do more brand name advertising. We have had to rely on grassroot marketing with an emphasis on social media. Much of our equipment needs to be updated to compete with similar types of programs. We have been a staple in our community for many years. We not only teach gymnastics but work with children on a social level as well. At a young age, children are often not social with other children until they go to school around age 4. Our program teach fundamental social behavior to children before they reach kindergarten. How to follow rules, how to listen and communicate their needs and how to work with others to complete tasks. These basic social attributes combined with the positive effects of physical exercise helps to build confidence in children of all ages. Our program also promotes creative thinking and problem solving activities to challenge children to think and exercise their brain. All of this is done by use of a proven curriculum that changes weekly and seasonally, so children are constantly being challenged and learning new skills while perfecting and progressing skills previously learned.

Self Identified Competition
There is not another business that does what we do. We do compete with competitive gymnastics centers and various camps that are offered by anyone from schools, birches and other entities. We also compete with businesses that offer kids non curriculum recreational activities such as bounce houses, and entertainment venues. We are a structured environment with trained instructors. We form relationships with customers to learn habits and teach each child based on their physical and mental abilities. We promote a positive atmosphere for the child and inspire them to set specific goals for themselves and their capacity.
