Business Plan
Over the next five years, we hope to develop our company as a ‘one-stop shop’ for all real estate needs. Currently we renovate homes, we also hold a number of rental properties. As a company, we are licensed contractors. We hope to grow/transition our contracting into development of land over the next 5 years. Put simply, we will do what it takes to succeed. An investor’s money will never go to waste on those with a dream and the passion to be great. Our company has already proven itself with a handful of private investors, and a number of lending institutions. As an entrepreneur, I am continually learning how to better my company, and take advantage of every opportunity. This is what has me filling out this form. Any investor will be impressed with what we have created from scratch.

Our competitors are other real estate investors in our area. While we can do great things with very little, we cannot compete with those who have much larger pockets to draw from.
