Business Plan
I am the only travel agent in Douglas, Wyoming. The travel industry was greatly affected by the internet in 2002, however, not everyone can or wants to plan their own flights or vacations, fortunately. I intend to sell travel until I can no longer do it. I am a 70 year old widow and I have worked in the travel industry for 37 years. I live alone and I need the additional income provided by my travel business to compensate my income in order for me to continue to live in my home.

Self Identified Competition
Other travel agents in Wyoming and/or Colorado. Expedia Orbitz I have been in the travel industry long before individuals were able to buy "e-tickets" online. In doing so, I have dealt with all sorts of scenarios, ie., bereavement, military, hurricane, unaccompanied minors and many more. Because I have been in the same location for so long, many of my clients know that I can "fix" whatever travel situation they got into by themselves or conditions out of their control (weather related).
