Business Plan
We plan on expanding our inventory and adding temporary (pop-up) locations with the expanded inventory. Additionally, we plan on increasing our online presence as well as our website. The large the inventory, then the more variety we can offer to our customers, which will allow us to gain new customers. Our boutique, AvaRey, stated as an online community on Facebook and over 40,000 women following us currently. We created a space that allows women of all shapes and sizes to shop for boutique clothes. Our goal is to make sure that every lady feels beautiful in the clothing that they wear and that they feel confident and strong! Though, it is more than just selling clothes to us. Our community is there for each other. We pray together, celebrate births, have fun together virtually, and connect together as women, which is particular important now during this pandemic. Women need women....together we are stronger. Also, we have a actual store in Rockwall, Texas where we sell clothes but also hold events for women to come together to shop and socialize. Our goal is to always to create a "safe" place where all women can come together whether in-person or virtually to communicate with each other, support each other, and pray for each other.

Self Identified Competition
All boutiques are considered our competitors. Locally in Rockwall, we have Groovy's, Design 10 and Hazel and Her. Our community makes us different. We have a private group on FB that we interact with our customers (who we consider family). On this page, we hold book clubs, play games together (such as BINGO), hold pray chains, support each other, have mental health checks, bring in guest speakers and so much more. It is more than just clothes to us. Our community is our family. We support women...all women! Everyone is always welcome.
