Funding Usage
Purchase mobile internet equipment for remote access, along with data plans and Chromebooks for students to attend school and learn from home. Purchase safety demonstration equipment (sensors, wearables, drones, rugged equipment, satellite phones, etc.) for government first-responders, that will enhance situational awareness on scene. We will also purchase one mobile satellite communications trailer for demonstration, that will provide an Internet hot-spot for those within a 1/2 mile radius, even in the most remote areas, where cellular isn't available.

We sit in a unique place between I.T. and Telecommunications. From a hardware perspective, our competition would be CDW. They are a multi-brand technology solutions provider to business, government, education and healthcare customers in the U.S., the United Kingdom and Canada. CDW is a Fortune 500 company and member of the S&P 500 Index. It was founded in 1984 and employs almost 10,000. Our competitors in the connectivity sector include, AT&T, Verizon, etc., and are very well-known companies. For the IoT space, our competition would be Digi-Key, who is the fourth largest electronic component distributor in North America and it ranks as the fifth largest electronic component distributor in the world. Sigflow is a minority and Veteran-owned small business that partners with trusted technology companies to provide complete and secure solutions. Sigflow also offers a new multi-carrier E-Sim that essentially puts all the cellular carriers on 1 Sim, which connects to the strongest signal, depending on the area you are in. Multiple plans and bills are a thing of the past and businesses, as well as consumers, are excited about the ease of this new technology.
