Doe Rae Me Development Center | Application Preview
Doe Rae Me Development Center is applying for government grants to enhance its educational offerings for preschoolers. The funding will be used to purchase developmental toys and manipulatives, invest in outdoor learning equipment, and ensure that teachers are fairly compensated, fostering a happy work environment.
The center's business plan focuses on preparing young children for kindergarten through quality education and care. Improved child development outcomes and positive parent feedback are expected to increase enrollment, allowing the center to expand its services.
The applicant emphasizes a strong passion for child development, backed by an associate's degree and nearing completion of a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, specifically targeting children from birth to five years old. This focus stems from recognizing the importance of early childhood development, where many providers fall short. The goal is to create an exceptional environment for children that requires financial investment.
The applicant believes there is no competition, asserting that all educators share the same objective of supporting children's growth, which positions Doe Rae Me Development Center uniquely in the community.

Business Plan
I will educate preschoolers and help them be prepared for kindergarten. More children recieving quality care will show in the children’s development as well as reviews from parents. This will draw more family to Doe Rae Me Development Center making it possible for expansion to provide more children quality care and teachers quality education. I am very passionate about children and their development. I feel this is the way I give back to my community. I am serious about what I do being that I’ve obtained my associates degree in Early Childhood and only one class away from my bachelors degree in Early Childhood with a focus on children birth- five. I specifically chose this focus because these are the essential years and a lot of childcare’s don’t provide quality care to children during these years. I aim to make my Center the best for the children and their development and that requires putting money into my business. People should see what I’ve already done without any help out of my own pocket and it will show that I am doing what I am planning. I am a woman of my word and I will educate the children.
