Trapped Bruthaz Performance Visual Arts and Youth | Application Preview
Trapped Bruthaz Performance Visual Arts and Youth is applying for government grants to fund the establishment of a facility aimed at nurturing creativity in youth through performance and visual arts. The funding will be directed towards acquiring or constructing a building that can support the various activities planned.
The immediate needs include:
1. Computer hardware and software.
2. Musical, artistic, and sports equipment.
3. Salaries for staff, including supervisors, instructors, and maintenance personnel.
4. Educational software programs.
Initially, the organization will focus on after-school and summer programs, with the goal of evolving into the first accredited institution in the southern U.S. dedicated to this field.
The applicant urges approval of funding by highlighting the profound impact such an organization could have on the community and the youth. They view this initiative as a way to revive and promote southern culture on a larger scale, with an emphasis on arts and values. They believe that investing in this vision offers both significant financial potential and invaluable cultural benefits.
In terms of competition, while local programs like the YMCA and Boys and Girls Club may provide similar services, none share the same vision. As the institution grows, it may compete with prestigious establishments like The Juilliard School, but with a unique focus on southern artists and cultural contributions.
The organization believes its competitive advantage lies in its passion, commitment, and distinct mission, which goes beyond mere financial gain to create a lasting legacy within the community and the arts world.

Business Plan
In the beginning my business will start as a primarily after school and summer enrichment program. My plan is to grow into the first accredited southern american culture based institution for performance and visual arts. I believe that any decent human being with an ounce of care and compassion for the youth of this world would and should want to invest in a billion dollar idea with a priceless value. Not only am I bringing something new, I’m bringing something old back to first a city, state, country then world, that is assured to live on and progress as long as the earth still stands. I am not pursuing this for fame nor fortune, but for legacy.

Self Identified Competition
In the current city I live in. I haven’t come across any businesses With a similar vision. In the beginning I maybe in competition with the YMCA organization, Boys and Girls club, and any Childcare and enrichment programs, As the business grows, I will be competing with The Juilliard School. Differing by being dedicated to southern architects. I want to bring more attention to southern Artist, Authors, Poets, Comics, Journalist, Conductor, composers, Choreographers, photographers, directors, Actors, Chefs, singers, Sports man and women, ect.. We will provide the chance to display southern cultural ethics, morals, values, warmth, and hospitality. I differ from my competitors in ways that can be explained in novel form on paper, but can be seen and affective in reality. I have a fire, a compassion, a drive, a fight, a goal, a demand, and will not quit Initiative for My business and it’s necessity to the globe.
