I plan to grow my business by continuing to provide a great service, amazing food, a rich, tasteful, and safe environment for my customers. I think investors should invest in me because this type of jazz lounge will be the only one of its kind in my area. The 40 and older individuals in my area has responded very well to my idea because there is no other business close to this area that could provide them with the type of environment and entertainment that they want to be closer.

My top 3 competitors are Good Times Jazz Bar & Restaurant, Jazz'd Tapas Bar, and Carey's Jazz & Blues Lounge. All three of my competitors are an hour away from where my restaurant will be located. What makes me different from my competitors is that I am a veteran and I have received my Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. I have received very good feedback regarding my business idea. I have also choose the perfect place to open this type of business because of the army base that is located in the area and the retired veterans and 30+ adults in the area make up 70% of the population here.
