I will use this money for marketing and advertisement, to bid on a more lucrative opportunity. I would like to reach out to people of less opportunities and hope to inspire others, by allowing them the information and techniques I was taught. Furthermore to help them with resources and information on how to become a leader in their community and then on to ownership. I was trusted and given an opportunity and proved to myself and others I was fit for this opportunity. I have exceeded that, by showing up, and going above and beyond what was expected of me. I do this because as a leader, I want to lead by example.

I know of a few, Malone Cleaning Services, they have 12 or more employees, and they are doing very well. I was taught to be caring, responsible and to work hard. I was taught to be efficient, at an early age. The Reserve taught me that when the going gets tough, the tough get going. I love what I do.
