That time 4 fuel | Application Preview
That Time 4 Fuel is seeking government grants to enhance its operations. The requested funds will primarily be used to purchase four to six 100-gallon fuel tanks, including necessary fuel lines, pumps, fittings, and nozzles. A portion of the funds will also cover business cards and advertising. However, a significant share will be allocated for fuel costs, as some clients require weekly payments and fuel expenses can exceed $1,000 daily.
In terms of long-term planning, the business aims to expand over the next three to five years by acquiring two additional trucks and hiring three to six more employees. This growth is not just about increasing revenue, but also about creating jobs that provide good wages and delivering excellent services across Arizona and beyond, especially in areas affected by natural disasters.
The applicant believes they are a strong candidate for funding due to their extensive experience in the industry, having been involved with construction and automotive sectors throughout their life. They have already invested in a diesel truck for transporting fuel, designed promotional materials, and established an LLC with a trademark for the business. The applicant has valuable contacts in the construction industry, which will facilitate customer acquisition, and has the skills to perform maintenance on equipment.
Regarding competition, while the applicant acknowledges a few competitors in Arizona, they note that these rivals tend to focus on large construction firms and government contracts. The applicant's competitive edge lies in their commitment to building a company that creates jobs in a thriving sector, alongside a willingness to work tirelessly to secure contracts and contribute to the industry’s growth.
Overall, the application emphasizes a passion for the business and a determination to succeed while making a positive impact on the local economy.

On top of providing outstanding services to all of Arizona and other neighboring states or natural disaster sites . I believe I am a good candidate for a grant / investors because this type of company and work I have been around my hole life with . Like the construction companies and automotive Industry . There for knowing how it works . I have purchased with my own money already a Diesel truck to carry the fuel thanks . And started my own advertising and designs of business logo .along with getting my LLC and trademarking the name . I have contacts in the construction industry to help me get moving with customers. I’m capable of doing all my own maintenance on equipment and vehicles . Failure is not an option .

Self Identified Competition
I’m not 100% sure if there are 3 competitors in Arizona . I know there are a few out there and they seem to focus on the really big construction companies and or government deals . I’m sure they are successful . But they also had to start out small and have help from someone with the dream of owning there own business. It’s not what’s different between competitors and I. More of the fact that I’m trying to build my own company and create jobs in an industry that there is plenty of work to go around . I myself am willing to work 24/7 to accomplish my dreams and goals of owning a company that not only helps the Industry an keeping other companies moving forward. But willing to fight for business and contracts. My competitors have something I want . And that’s up for the taking with any new company.
