Business Plan
-Market my business through my new website, LinkedIn, Freelance websites, word of mouth, to acquire new clients -Crowdfunding -Invest personal capital in financial capital markets to generate more income to buy properties and build new or renovate properties (multi-family and commercial properties). Coming from a low-income background, I understand it is often difficult for these vulnerable people to advance in life without a lending hand. My business revolves around satisfying the specific needs for vulnerable people. My aim is to: -Partner with local small businesses (mostly liberal arts, artists) to help them in need and improve the cultural sector. -Partner with local municipalities to build new affordable housing for low-income people on the verge of becoming homeless. I need legal and financial advisors’ help to better assist future clients. These services are often expensive.
-
Self Identified Competition
I believe in friendly competition, there aren’t many businesses where their only focus is to provide services mostly to these underrepresented communities/people. My main focus is to provide the infrastructure and assistance to certain underrepresented communities so they too become successful.
