Antitrvst Corporation | Application Preview
Antitrvst Corporation is seeking government grants to enhance its business operations by acquiring and renting 26-foot straight box trucks for Amazon shipping. The company aims to expand its fleet from four to ten vehicles, which is projected to generate an additional $6,000 per month. The funding will be utilized to purchase non-CDL 26-foot refrigerated box trucks, also expected to bring in at least another $6,000 monthly.
The business plan highlights Antitrvst's experience in transportation and its recent growth from $4,000 to $10,000 monthly revenue in the past quarter, with significant potential for further expansion during the busy summer season.
In terms of competition, major rental companies like Hertz, Enterprise, and Sixt operate in the market; however, Antitrvst primarily utilizes Turo for bookings, benefiting from its extensive platform and competitive pricing. The company believes it has a competitive advantage amid the current driver shortage, as its trucks will not require drivers to possess a CDL. Moreover, all trucks will feature automatic transmission, similar to U-Haul's offerings, alongside refrigerated trailers that are anticipated to attract higher-value loads.

Self Identified Competition
Hertz, Enterprise and Sixt have facilities but I use Turo for a majority of my bookings and they have a huge platform with buyers and unbeatable rates. My trucks will still be able to ride even during this truck driver shortage because I won’t require drivers to have a CDL. All trucks will have automatic transmission like a uhaul truck. I’ll also attract better loads because the trucks will have a refrigerated trailer.
