  • Funding Usage

    The plan is to keep up the CRM system that we have that houses all of our clients. This system provides all of our emails, texts, letters that are sent to all of the credit bureaus. To insure that payment for my virtual assistant is paid in a timely manner. To expand with an additional virtual assistant to ensure that the load is not on one person as we obtain more clients. My goal is to have my business automated and have 5-6 persons managing all systems. One person to manage having new clients with the onboarding process (Sales Person). One person obtaining our clients login information to obtain their credit reports. Also, obtaining our clients documentations such as Drivers' licenses, social security cards and proof of residence to ensure that we are providing all correct information to the credit bureaus as they request. One person to create the letters needed to be mailed to the credit bureaus to have negative items removed from their credit report. One person ensuring that the letters have the correct information within the letters, getting them printed and mailed to the correct bureaus. One person managing our email and text system to update our clients with any updates from the credit bureaus. At this time this is done by one person or two (which includes myself).

    Yes, I plan to grow my business in the next 5 years. I would like to build a website to attract new clients that are looking for credit repair and education services. I would like a bigger team that if a client has questions, they have the ability to contact my company and are able to talk to a live person. At this time, this is done by one person in which is myself. My goal is to help persons improve their credit with the knowledge behind it. I understand that a lot of persons only want to fix their credit for the time being. But I would like for them to have a better understanding of how credit can be used. Also, have a better understanding of credit all around. I would love to help persons to create their business credit and help them build and work towards their dreams.

    My top competitors are the companies that have the software to allow people to create their own personal companies under their company. For example, Credit Cloud, they have a system that allows anyone could create their own business by using their system for a small fee and a small percentage would go to the person using the system. The only difference I know is that I provide knowledge and credit management. I provide clients the reason and understanding of why they need/should to apply for credit cards or lines of credit. I base this off of their needs, for example, if they are wanting to buy a house. I would refer them to certain credit cards or lines of credit I know would help improve their within 30-60 days so they could see the improvements quickly.
