Dietzel Custom Farming and Repair LLC | Application Preview
Dietzel Custom Farming and Repair LLC is applying for government grants to alleviate financial strain caused by decreased business during the Covid-19 pandemic and slow customer payments. The funding will be used primarily to cover equipment payments.
The business plan focuses on purchasing additional equipment to meet increasing demand and expanding the shop space to hire skilled technicians, which will facilitate growth.
Securing this grant is vital for the owner’s ambitions to develop the business and ultimately invest in initiatives that support other small businesses in similar situations.
The competitive landscape includes established competitors like Link Tractor Repair and Harvesting, Rieken Harvesting, and Lange Custom Chopping, all of whom have a more extensive client base and longer tenure in the market. This competitive edge poses challenges for Dietzel Custom Farming and Repair LLC, as they are just beginning to build their customer relationships.

Business Plan
By Purchasing more equipment by increased demand and build a bigger shop so i can hire trained technicians to help get my business to grow. By receiving this grant, this will help me grow my business to where I can reach the goal i want to achieve so then I can invest in a grant to help other small businesses like me achieve their goals.

Self Identified Competition
Link Tractor Repair and Harvesting- They offer the same services as I do. Rieken Harvesting- They offer forage chopping and combining. Lange Custom Chopping- They offer forage chopping. They were in the business longer so it makes it more difficult for me to compete when they have a great list of clients and I am just starting to receive work here and there.
