I give people what they asked for and for what they want not what I need. It' s all about the customers. If a customer come to my fish fry and asked for a sample I give it to them so that way they know what they are getting. Not many food business do that. They think they are losing money just to give someone a taste of some food. If the customers are happy I am happy.
