Ahnna & Elias LLC 82-2329380 | Government Grant Application

Ahnna & Elias LLC | Application Preview

Ahnna & Elias LLC is applying for government grants to fund essential facility repairs, upgrades, and the purchase of new brood mares to enhance their breeding operation.

The business plan focuses on improving facilities to attract more clients for boarding, training, and riding lessons. With upgraded facilities, clients will be more inclined to invest in their horses, leading to increased revenue. By acquiring additional brood mares, the business aims to produce more foals, which can be trained and sold, thereby strengthening their breeding program. The plan includes selling half the foals by the age of two, and training the remainder until they can be sold at four years old. The goal is to generate enough income over five years to sustain and grow the business.

The funding request is justified by highlighting the substantial potential within the equine industry, which thrives on reputation and quality service. Ahnna and Elias believe that with their expertise and dedication, they can create a high-quality business that contributes positively to the community. They also emphasize their commitment to teaching young people about horse care and riding, which requires improved facilities for safer and more effective instruction.

In a competitive market, Ahnna & Elias LLC distinguishes itself through a reputation for professionalism and respect, focusing on client relationships and fostering a drama-free environment. This competitive edge positions them to stand out in a crowded industry.

  • Business Plan

With better facilities to run our business we will attract more clients for boarding, Training, and Riding lessons. clients will feel better putting more money into their horses seeing that our facilities are better quality. With more Brood Mares to breed we will have more foals to train and sell for our breeding program. With the Training and Boarding funding our Breeding program and at least 6 Brood Mares, we can afford to support more Foals , selling half the foals at 2 years old we can support the rest through training until we can sell them as Trained 4 year old Horses. within five years of training and selling 4 year old Horses we can save up enough to continue to grow. The Equine Business is already very large and still growing business that is full of endless opportunities that are available to only a select few who either have the proper funding or are talked highly of by someone who has already made a name for themselves. I believe with my Wife and I's skill and knowledge and the care that we put into training and breeding, with the proper funding we can build a high quality and smooth running business. On top of the Training and Breeding my Wife and also put a lot of time into teaching young kids and troubled teenagers to ride and take care of the horses and we would need more proper facilities to run safer and more efficient.

  • Self Identified Competition

The training in the horse business is very competitive and everyone knows each-other or of each-other so it boils down to reputation, we build reputation on quality and treating our clients with the upmost respect and so do most trainers, sadly there are some who thrive on trying to tear down the others to gain more clients. Our business is run with no drama and no gossip, treating our clients horses as our own and showing professional courtesy to other trainers.
