We live in a world of free marketing. I firmly believe that I can create a local buzz and following through my creative, approachable food and passion that I cook with. I will outwork everyone else. I will work year-round by doing weddings in the winter, pop ups at local restaurants to keep the buzz/momentum growing, park in business parking lot feed office parties, and all word of mouth. I've worked my way from a child of 5 of a single parent household, to the top of Cleveland's culinary scene as the executive chef at Blue Point. During covid Blue Point was more profitable per capita than pre pandemic.

Self Identified Competition
Although there are plenty of food trucks, there isn't one quite like me! It would be tough to narrow it down to 3. Mobius Foods is an idea that food never stops. Every other truck has a stale menu and often themed, never altered. Mobius Foods won't have theme and will have an ever-changing menu. Creating a demand and buzz. Given the experience I have, I am the right man for this venture.
