Funding Usage
If accepted, we will be very grateful and put this fund to good use in order to grow our small business. Our plan to use this fund is by acquiring a dedicated office space with a proper training room, as we are home-based at the moment. We will use part of the fund towards our recruiting process to grow and double our team and provide more job opportunities to the workforce of New Jersey. We will invest another part of the fund to purchase more uniforms, office supplies, and better training equipment. Lastly, we will use this fund to invest in drivers as well, to provide a streamlined process for those in need of work with no transportation.

Business Plan
We plan to scale our business by growing our team, hiring more professionals to help with the day-to-day tasks such as managers/recruiters, and gaining more accounts with venues such as banquet halls and country clubs throughout New Jersey. Our goal is to become a household name when it comes to staffing services in the hospitality industry and have multiple office locations in New Jersey. Investors should invest in us because we believe we are on the right track to scaling the company. Starting operations in January 2020, right before covid arrived, we experienced what a tough start is all about and stayed true to our goals instead of giving up. In 2021, as restrictions eased up, we saw success as we were able to grow our team of contractors to 15 people and gain multiple accounts with well-known venues in New Jersey. We ended 2021 on a good note and plan to take this momentum into 2022 and grow our team and accounts.

These companies seem to be ahead because they were founded years before us, however, if we stay on track we are not far from catching up. Professional Staffing NJ is a minority-owned business started by a college student with a strong and competitive entrepreneurial spirit. Starting from scratch, Arbab Hussain has worked independently to scale the company to where it is at right now, in only 2 years. Professional Staffing NJ is a new startup with the right fighting spirit that stays true to their mission statement and goals. Our goal is to provide the best staffing solutions with the best staff along with the highest standard of professionalism and nothing less. We hope to stay and track and get the right needs of assistance needed for us to scale.
