4805929 | Application Preview

The government grant application from business ID 4805929 seeks funding to purchase specialized software aimed at reprogramming engines to minimize the carbon footprint for both the business and its customers. The business plan emphasizes delivering exceptional service, which is expected to enhance the customer base and create new jobs, leading to increased revenue.

The applicant recounts their background, highlighting a lifelong connection to manual work, starting on their grandparents' tree farm. Despite facing significant personal challenges, including multiple surgeries and a car accident, they have demonstrated resilience and a commitment to their dream of entrepreneurship. Currently 30 years old, the applicant has invested personally in the business and has completed all required paperwork, funding most of the startup costs except for a financed vehicle.

The applicant acknowledges competition from both independent companies and larger equipment manufacturers, having previously excelled as a top employee in the industry. However, they believe their competitive edge stems from their strong customer relations and responsiveness. The applicant's hands-on experience, commitment to service, and adaptability—operating effectively in challenging conditions—set them apart in an industry where many competitors rely on established connections rather than customer-focused service.

  • Business Plan

By doing quality work that exceeds all standards I believe will help customer base grow only two more jobs and they need to hire more people which in turn expands business revinue. I grew up working on my grandparents tree farm far back as I can remember I was working on our own equipment just to keep it running I 16 years old I have had two back surgeries from working on the farm by 24 I was in a car accident and had a full hip replacement nearly with my ambition and willpower I was able to overcome both of those challenges and the challenges that extend from that such as Debts owed and just general living every day life 30 years old now I own a home in high school Harley Davidson I have three kids and a wife and I have invested my own money into my dreams of starting this company. I filed all necessary paperwork and funded 100% of everything other than my vehicle that I had to get financing for. My willpower alone should said itself apart from others that’s not always the case this is where my experience comes in from growing up on a farm not counting as it experience starting at 15 years old is when I really started working on stuff as a mechanic from there I have 15 years hands-on in the field experience that cannot be taught in a classroom that’s why I believe I’m a prime candidate for some assistance

  • Self Identified Competition

Other independent companies, major equipment companies, the company I left after five years as their top employee in the area Other company offer service and each have their own unique brand of equipment for their own customer base they’ve started which I have as well what makes me different though because I listen to the customers I’ve heard what they want I’ve heard what they like and what they had to say about me my hustle the speed I do things my ability to think for myself and work in the middle of the night in the pouring down rain and runny business from an iPhone is unparalleled in the industry that I’m in other companies have connections connections are in infrastructure municipalities both Typically most competition only has one or the other
