RUBYBLU | Application Preview
RUBYBLU is applying for government grants to support its mobile jewelry business, which will operate from a vintage 1961 trailer. The funding will be allocated as follows: paying off $10,000 in credit card debt, $5,000 for trailer renovations (including paint removal and electrician services), purchasing an Orion welder tool for $2,550 to facilitate bracelet production, settling remaining taxes and licenses, and buying new tires for the trailer at $400.
The business plan involves utilizing the trailer to offer permanent bracelets and showcase a collection, with prices ranging from $95 to $500 based on style and material. RUBYBLU aims to overcome the challenges of California's high rent by providing a mobile service that can adapt to current trends.
In terms of competition, RUBYBLU is unaware of any other mobile jewelry shops in vintage trailers, positioning itself uniquely in the market. This distinctiveness will allow the business to cater to events like bachelorette parties and showers, offering clients a unique experience compared to typical mobile food vendors or shops.

Business Plan
I purchased the trailer to use as a mobile business for my jewelry business. I am going to use this vessel as a spot to get permanent bracelets and display my collection inside. The cost of the bracelets will vary from $95-$500 depending on the style and material of the bracelet. I have never had a business location because of rent in CA. This will allow me to be mobile especially now that everything is mobile. I will be able to move freely.

Self Identified Competition
I dont know of any mobile jewelry shops that are in a 1961 vintage trailer. This will also set my business apart as it is going to be one of a kind. Most mobile vessels are food trucks, vintage shops or mobile bars. This will allow me to set up for bachelorette parties, showers, and events and give clients a different experience.
