GunnCo LLC 85-3711929 | Government Grant Application

GunnCo LLC | Application Preview

GunnCo LLC is seeking government grants to aid in various expansions and operational improvements. The proposed funding will be allocated as follows: $15,000 for purchasing essential equipment such as POS systems, arcade cabinets, and collection tanks; $15,000 to expand their workshop and office space, including storage and a cooling room; and $20,000 for a company vehicle to facilitate deliveries and maintenance across Oklahoma.

The business plan outlines ambitious growth within the next 18 months, aiming to triple locations, with plans for a satellite site in Michigan. The owner envisions owning the land and buildings outright and is considering expanding into residential properties.

GunnCo’s funding request is driven by a commitment to achieving evolving goals and facilitating synergies between multiple businesses, including a coffee house and an essential oil extraction lab. The personal motivation behind this venture stems from a family health experience that inspired the focus on homeopathic treatments to assist others. This mission aims to foster a supportive community while creating jobs and helping various stakeholders.

In terms of competition, GunnCo positions itself uniquely by offering comprehensive solutions that combine equipment, hardware, and property leasing under one roof, unlike others in the area that focus on niche services. The competitive edge lies in their streamlined approach to supporting retailers, providing a "turnkey" business model that simplifies operations for clients. Overall, GunnCo believes this model will not only meet current demands but exceed future expectations for growth and success.

  • Business Plan

Within the next 18 months, I will have tripled my locations, I will have land and buildings paid for in full. I will have at least 1 satellite location in Michigan, and will be running multiple groups of staff for each location. I will be ready to, if not already, increase my property portfolio with either a minimal unit apartment building, or multiple duplex/multi family unit I will never stop until my goals are met, said goals are ever evolving so I feel I’ll never be “satisfied” or rest on my laurels. My current model has this company working in sync with several others spanning several industries. This company is designed to be the “facilitator “ for my other ventures, all of which are just waiting to get the final capital to open doors, this company will lease the properties to 2-3 different companies ranging from a coffee house as well as essential oil extraction lab, along with leasing the property, it will also lease and maintain the equipment for the coffee house and lab, so ultimately the grant would be helping along my 2 other companies. All of what I do hits close to home, the extraction lab came to be because my son was pharmacologically overdosed In vitro with blood pressure medicine the doctor over prescribed, he suffered a stroke due to lack of oxygen and was born 3 months premature and has cerebral palsy. When we heard this and started witnessing the seizures and the helplessness, I decided to start learning how to treat/curve the seizures homeopathically through distillation of essential oils geared towards aiding the body in rebuilding and eventually ceasing the seizures all together. But everyone involved has a similar story and the goal is to forge an empire, but not by any other means than sincerely helping people, both my patients and customers as well as the other owners of the other companies; the workers I will employ, everyone is working towards the common goal which in itself is helping people.

  • Self Identified Competition

There are a handful of companies that offer bits and pieces for what GunnCo does, but none in my area that encompass the full spectrum of service for our customers that are waiting. The only viable “competition” would be FloHub for the industry specific pos systems and hardware and amusement connect for the other hardware needed for the arcade games. But they are really competition, because my company purchases all of that equipment from the companies listed above, and lease that equip to retailers that utilize them. There is no company in my space that offers the entire equipment/hardware/property package. I believe I am unique in my respective market. Outside of that, I operate pretty much competition-less in my area. What sets me and my company apart is how much of our retailers overall operations day to day are streamlined and maintained through our facilitating everything they need to do business all in one stop. For the businesses we are getting ready to take on once we have funds and can finish purchasing the rest of said equipment and materials, we literally turn key their business for them, all their equipment and build outs needed and specialized hardware or equipment I lease to them at a markup, as well as maintain the equip and facilitate the working relationship between the 3 separate companies, all 3 of my companies can thrive independently, but with one providing for the other as well as additional customers who are waiting, I’m positive that this will exceed my expectations for its success.
