Business Plan
I plan to grow my business by increasing my customer clientele. Being that I am just beginning my business, it is part time, but I want to grow it to become full time. I plan to do this through hard work, advertisement/promotion, and giving quality work to ensure customers give others a referral to my business. I have a strong will to ensure my services are matched by none, my work ethic is impeccable, and the knowledge and experience I have is of high standard. My business is very profitable because people pay for what they get, and giving quality work is of utmost importance to me.

Self Identified Competition
1. Chevrolet dealership-they do not have the personable/relatable customer skills I have and provide for my customers. They are universally known. 2. Ford dealership-do not give the level of quality work I can provide. They are universally known. 3. BMW dealership-prices tend to be too high and I have numerous customers who are looking for more affordable prices. The quality of their work is not always commendable. I do good quality work in a timely manner, my prices are very affordable, I travel to the customers house or current location to provide my services, and my knowledge and experience allows me to be personable with the customers and communicate the needs of their vehicles.
