Funding Usage
This funding will completely eliminate the need to rent. The funding itself will pay for a piece of heavy machinery, a trailer, and a truck to haul both of those whilst being able to haul material off in the dump trucks bed. A 3 in 1 package. Making me more money to expand onto bigger and better opportunities. •A 5 yard dump truck •A 26ft trailer •An Excavator with a mulching, digging and grabbing attatchment. I already have opportunities with high paying jobs but can't over pass my use limit with the rental facilities. It gets too expensive to rent for that long, thus leaving me with no profit to grow.

Business Plan
Year 1: Having my own equipment to expand my services, and land bigger contracts. Year 2: Continue to build my work portfolio and make more buisiness connections. Year 3: Having my own employees and a company shop to house all company assets. Year 4: Accepting job offers nationally, not just working locally in Texas. Year 5: Opening up more shops in different states to reduce travel cost from one state, to others. I simply don't quit to make a dream come true. My company will become very beneficial locally and to neighboring states with developing cities, neighborhoods, whatever it may be. I've been doing construction for 8 years now, it runs in the blood. I love what I do and always will. My head is clear, strong and ready for anything that comes my way and my company's way. My parents brought my brother and I to the USA to make something out of ourselves and this is my opportunity to make them proud. I wont let their sacrifice be in vain.

Self Identified Competition
•Diamond M Land Management(Weatherford, Tx) - Medium size company with top dollar equipment close to me • •Pierce Land Clearing(Austin, Tx) - Big company with lots of equipment that serves a majority of texas • •Texas Land Clearing(All of Texas) - Medium size company that serves all of Texas with lots of equipment. •I know that the work I bring to my clients tables is honest and of the best quality. I've heard of the reviews with these other companies. They charge by the hour milking home and property owners of their money for quick and less thorough work. I offer my clients high quality work to their exact expectations with competitive pricing. All my clients I have served really appreciate my company's honesty and hard work. We don't rush the work like the my competitors do. We comb our way through a jobsite with extreme precision and focus. Although my competitors may be big, their work ethic is not. I've seen the way they operate and it's quick, mediocre and charge top dollar. I've had clients tell me how I've done better than my competitors already, and I've only been open for a short while. This company will expand, and by expand, I mean nationally, I don't want to aim for "locally big", I want to conquer a title of "Nationally big".
