Swiftly Delivers, Inc. | Application Preview
Swiftly Delivers, Inc. is applying for government grants to facilitate a significant restructuring and expansion of the business under new ownership. The funding will primarily be used to support a transition that aims to double or triple annual revenue by broadening service areas and diversifying delivery options. Currently focused on food delivery, the company plans to enter the DSP delivery market, enhancing their service portfolio.
The business strategy includes geographical expansion and venturing into various delivery sectors beyond food. The funding will also be utilized for marketing in new regions, recruitment efforts, and ensuring timely payments to drivers, addressing cash flow challenges associated with lenders who provide funds on a less frequent basis.
Swiftly Delivers emphasizes its local roots, highlighting the importance of competing against larger delivery firms such as DoorDash, UberEats, and GrubHub. The company prides itself on building relationships within the community, supporting local businesses and drivers, and contributing to local charities. Their approach focuses on customized service and strong connections, setting them apart from larger competitors.
The company's competitive edge lies in its community-focused operations, with a commitment to providing local customer support and resolving issues quickly through direct contact with management and ownership. This personalized service is pivotal to their success and aims to keep money within the local economy while fostering a supportive ecosystem for all partners involved.

Funding Usage
Looking to restructure the company with a new owner. The funds would be used to create business funding for the restructure to occur. During the restructure, the company would be expanding to multiple cities which could easily double or triple the annual revenue. Expanding geographically as well as the products that are delivered. Currently we focus on food delivery. We would expand to the DSP delivery space. Funds would help with marketing in the new delivery areas, recruiting, and driver payments as many lenders only send funds bi weekly or monthly.

Business Plan
We will be geographically expanding our delivery areas as well as branching out to other delivery opportunities such as DSP space and focus on everything delivery instead of just food. We are a local business who are battling to compete again the big delivery businesses. We keep money local and help support local businesses and drivers. We have a clear path to success and executed our first year in business beautifully for being in such a small town. As we grow and expand the sky is the limit.

Self Identified Competition
DoorDash, UberEats and GrubHub are the 3 biggest competitors that we have. The "big 3" as we call them are huge companies that don't put in the time in building relationships like we do. We create relationships with out partners and help them grow and succeed. We have gotten to know our drivers and help in any way we can. Same for our restaurants we work with. It isn't one size fits all. We accommodate the business and keep money local to help support the community. We also have established a partnership with a local charity to help give back. We are rooted in our communities that we work with. We have the local feel because we are local! We give back to the community when we can and develop strong local connections with our customer and partners. We make things right. We have local customer support. Which means when anyone has an issue we have local management and owners answering the phone to resolve any issues.
