Saviid Transportation Management LLC | Application Preview

Saviid Transportation Management LLC is seeking government grants to support its business development. The funds would be invested in essential areas such as transportation software, QuickBooks, advertising, phone bills, website development, logos, and insurance.

The business plan envisions establishing a fleet of trucks and a physical location branded with the company's name. The founder is motivated by personal challenges, having been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis shortly after graduating. After years of working a standard job to make ends meet, a conversation with a supportive friend inspired them to pursue entrepreneurship despite previous funding rejections.

The founder identifies funding as a major obstacle but believes in the significant potential within the billion-dollar transportation industry. Regarding competition, they express that they do not see other companies as direct competition; rather, they focus on their individual efforts and capabilities.

What distinguishes Saviid Transportation Management from others is the founder's passion and determination, alongside a commitment to social responsibility by helping those in need, even with limited resources.

  • Business Plan

I have aspirations and goals to have my own fleet of trucks in my own space with my company name written on the building. Through the years I have had several health challenges. The year I graduated I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I couldn't afford to become my own Boss I had to work a 9-5 job. Having to live paycheck to paycheck isn't fun when you vision yourself doing so much better and helping people in the community. As I was talking to a close friend of mine, I was telling her that I always wanted to open my own business. She suggested that I go ahead and do it, she said if anyone can do it you can so because of her I'm going for it. I was trying to get funding but was turned down a couple of places, so she said I should try for different grants. As I stated earlier obstacles for me are funding, but I see the potential this business can have. Transportaion is a billion-dollar industry and I feel that this would be a good start.

  • Self Identified Competition

I really don't know how to answer this, because I don't compete with anyone. Transportation is a billion-dollar business and I feel that everyone can make money and be in business. No competition but Me, Myself, and I. What sets me different from my competitors is the heart and tenacity that I have each and every day. I put my everything into my business so I can succeed. I conduct my business; however, I am compassionate in circumstances. My company likes to give back to the less fortunate. I don't have a whole lot, but I will help anyone that is in need of help.
