Business Plan
Creating an online website to expand customer base to all states of the US as well as utilizing social media as a way of attracting and connecting with outside buyers. With gained revenue, my intent is to use the profits to expand my brand by opening additional stores. I am passion driven by making this business a success. With my years of service and soon to be a retired Marine, I am a strong believer of helping my fellow citizens. I know that I would not give up and what it takes to be successful. Failure is not an option and with the strong fanbase that I currently have, I know that I would not disappoint in achieving my goal.

Self Identified Competition
My top 3 competitors would be Foot Locker, DTLR, and Foot Action. These 3 stores are already well established with currently a stronger fanbase and with my store being new, my intention is to grow to that level and beyond. I am my own distributer and sole owner of all the products that would be available for purchase at my store. Therefore, unlike my competitors, I would be the one managing all merchandise and there are no limitations or restrictions to how much I can sell my products for.
