JASMINE | Application Preview

JASMINE is seeking government grants to support job creation and home health services for the elderly and disabled, with a focus on reducing COVID-19 infection risks. The funding will be allocated to establishing an office for hiring staff, storing medical supplies, and providing essential home care services. Additionally, JASMINE plans to purchase a wheelchair-accessible van for patient transportation and contribute toiletries and protective gear to the homeless.

Over the next five years, the business aims to expand its offerings to include skilled nursing, physical therapy, and occupational therapy in patients' homes. JASMINE emphasizes a strong commitment to providing high-quality care, highlighting the importance of trust between families and caregivers. The founder takes pride in managing all aspects of the business, from marketing to patient care.

In a competitive landscape featuring established companies like Encompass Health and Homecare Assistance, JASMINE's unique approach is its personal touch. Unlike larger competitors, JASMINE prioritizes building relationships with clients, taking the time to understand their needs and living situations through in-person consultations. • Funding Usage

The funding will go to providing jobs and home health to the elderly and disabled community in order to keep them safe and help to reduce their chances of being infected with COVID-19. My plan is to use the funds to get an office location to hire, store medical supplies, and provide a needed service to those who need home care. I will also like to purchase a wheelchair accessible van for more comfortable patient transportation. I also would like to give back to the homeless community by providing toiletries and needed masks and gloves they don't have financial access too.

  • Business Plan

In the next 5 years, I expect to become medical home health and provide skilled nursing, physical therapy, and occupational therapy to patients in their homes. You should invest in me because I have what it takes I'm dedicated, eager for success, and most importantly I'm passionate about what I do. I have taken my time building my business because I want to provide the best service possible. In-home health you can't half do business you have to go into it wholeheartedly and for the right reasons. Families are trusting me with the lives of their loved ones and that's a huge responsibility to take on but I'm ready and willing. From my business name to my website I have created everything on my own. I market my own business, run payroll, hire, and still care for my patients. I have always been told I'm the jack of all trades.

  • Self Identified Competition

In my industry, there are lots of competitors such as Encompass Health, Homecare Assistance, and Right At Home. They have an established clientele and accept health insurance. Those companies I mentioned don't take the time to actually meet and know who their clients are. While Jasmine's Helping Hands takes a more personal approach. I like to consult with the family and meet the person who will be receiving care in person this helps with assessing the patient and their living area as well as get to know who they are as a person and what their families expect.
