Business Plan
I plan on increasing the amount of clients and offerings provided to organizations. With an increase in scope, I hope to hire one or two others. Our desire is to share "out of the box" Human Resources ("people") solutions by helping brands, sports and entertainment properties, agencies, and military/government institutions with crisis management, talent selection and development, and implementation of people-centric growth strategies. These strategies are meant to create access and opportunity, celebrate diversity, champion individual authenticity, promote belonging and ensure equity at all levels. Why the name Ottawa Park? Growing up in Toledo, Ohio, I was always a runner, and I would run through one particular park 95% of the time. The park was called Ottawa. This park is symbolic because it was a park that bridged the area where I grew up ("without"), with the areas where people grew up "with". This is the park I've been symbolically running through my entire life. In my mind this park represented the socioeconomic and diversity gap(s) many of us didn't choose, but I seek to, and am committed to closing the negative and celebrating the positive. Being a black, female, military woman who spent several years as a single mother I believe I have a unique skillset and the experience to take this on.

Self Identified Competition
I don't know of anyone in this space with similar offerings. The focus on brands, sports and entertainment properties, agencies, and military/government institutions is different. I also believe my background, experience and commitment to the space allows me to have a different approach to inclusion and equity.
