Legacy Event Studio LLC 87-1618175 | Government Grant Application

Legacy Event Studio LLC | Application Preview

Legacy Event Studio LLC is seeking government grants to support its growth by purchasing essential furniture and materials, such as tables, chairs, and linens, as well as providing working capital. The business model focuses on increasing revenue by raising the charge per event, which currently stands at $650. The plan includes hosting five events each weekend and gradually raising the event fee throughout the year and annually.

The owner emphasizes reliability and a well-thought-out business plan that has been reviewed by industry experts, with aspirations to scale the business to three to five venues in the future. Competition comes mainly from local churches that offer their spaces for events. However, Legacy Event Studio differentiates itself by providing a dedicated, elegant venue designed to meet market demands, as opposed to the more basic offerings of its competitors. This focus on detail and commitment positions the business for success and provides potential opportunities for investors.

  • Funding Usage

I plan on using the funding to buy furniture, materials and for working capital. Specifically for tables, chairs, linens and other event venue related furniture.

  • Business Plan

I plan on growing the business by increasing the amount we charge each event per year. For example: monthly break down for an event venue: Charge $650 per event. 5 event per weekend (1 Friday/ 2 Saturday and Sunday). I would increase the $650 periodically through the year and each year. I’m a small business owner who can be relied on. I have a business model and plan throughly thought out and reviewed by industry professionals. I also have the goal of scaling my business into 3-5 overall. So there is opportunities down the road for the investor as well.

  • Self Identified Competition

My 2 biggest competitors in my market are inner city churches. 1. A church who offers their space as use for an event venue 2. Another church who offers their hall part time for event services. What makes me different is the details and commitment. The churches are offering the venues in the side. For me it is a full scale business that I am solely focused on. The space will be more elegant and attractive to customers as opposed to a church basement. My venue will be specific to the markets demands.
