We would accept any help we can get. We have not been able to operate in the year 2020 due to the Corona Virus. We will use the money to pay for upgrades and equipment purchased at the beginning of the year and to fund our cost of living inhibited by the total loss of income for the 2020 year guaranteeing a return in 2021.

My wife (Freda) and I intend to create a loyal following because we only serve the best foods, seasoned and prepared meticulously for taste and quality. If we continue to grow a long term plan would be to add trucks and possibly add a brick and mortar(s). We are good for the industry. Food trucks are an up and coming industry, we have taken mobile food to a whole new level using food displays and professionally printed menus along with seasoned quality dishes. We are improving the industry with class and hopefully others in our industry will follow suit and we will start getting the respect we deserve.

Our competitors are other food trucks, but we are all a family and get along great. We have taken the mobile food sector to a whole new level using food displays, professional printed menus and using only quality foods like only beef hot dogs, vegetarian selections, the same nacho cheese used at some ballparks (an hour drive to purchase) along with specialized mustard's. Dishes that are fast but full of ingredients like Pork Carnitas. Everything we serve is quality, seasoned and costs us more but patrons can taste the difference and keep coming back
