    I have had only 12,000 in bussiness income sense Feb. Clients were already shutting down needs do to the Oil & Gas industry commodities and pipeline Right of Way work we had been doing,, but when the virus hit, I lost my main investment client Ridge Top Capital out of Canonsburg Pa area. That income alone was 2000 per week, so had to lay off abstractors.

    I have been in this business for over 30 years, either in the private sector and working in house. I have many good contacts that know what a good honest product our team can provide when things turn-a-round. I have 10 total people that I want to get a back, that have been laid off by me or others. They have great reputations and I treat them well. Companies knowing that I have these kind of folks who will work for, will also help. I continue to reach out and have added all the needed software to meet any Companies needs, when things turn a round. Honesty, Integrity, Knowledge of what we do and also put in more hours than required. Being self employed and successful, is not a 40 hour week job.

Companies know that my team is focused on their needs, and that we are not looking to grow to hundreds, as that has been an issue for companies who do what we do. Much of the research we do is now online if you dedicate your self to do so; which saves your clients money. No over billing. One on one negotiations on behalf of our clients is handled only by me, and one other Landman. That is also important to our clients.
