Funding Usage
My business was hit hard during the covid-19 pandemic. The lack of revenue over the past few months has taking its toll. The future is uncertain, but changes for my children safety and the function of my business is what the money would be used for.

Business Plan
The opportunity to expand has been present for a few years. Currently I have an overflow of Demand I must turn away because I do not have the capacity to service. I have been looking at other facilities in hopes of expanding to be able to service the Demand. I take pride in taking care of children in my community. I believe I am a positive influence in their lives. Kids that I took care of when they were young come back and thank me; and bring their kids to me to take care of. That is how I know I make a difference in children lives. I look at us as a family, and it spreads a sense of community in a world where it is desperately needed.

Self Identified Competition
Due to the covid-19 a lot of my direct competitors are going out of business. The top three direct competitors are, Tiny Footprints Childcare, Del Norte Child Care, Green day Care. These are daycares that service kids in my area and do well. My location is better because I am closer to the kids and the schools. These competitors also lack the family environment I have. What makes my day care different is my location. I am closer to my client base then my top competitors. I am more hands on then my top competitors giving it a more personal touch, and sense of family. I provide transportation to and from school for my children. I am more flexible than my competitors because I am willing to work with parents with sudden schedule changes, and not charge extra money. Investing in me keeps a person with a proven track record and sense community in business.
