I am and have always been reliable, hard working, and sober. 8 years in real Estate and my previous career as a private chef of 15 years I never missed a day of work. I always focus on what is best to grow the business, and forming the best Team to accomplish those goals.

They cannot close on a property in 30 days or less without obtaining a bank mortgage. They also cannot obtain mortgages on properties that need extensive work Other investors although there is a lot of volume pool of investors there is not a lot that are educated in the field or producing. I have spent consistently over the years on my education in real estate investing and have multiple strategies to structure and buy properties. Most investors have 1 strategy. If that doesn't work they don't buy. Builders are usually buying knock down properties or land which I don't focus on. We really don't cross paths often.
