  • Funding Usage

I am asking for 100,000 to expand further as I know we can make it we’ve generated just shy of 200k in 4-5 solid months. Steadily increasing by 10,000-15,000 in gross sales each month as we expand. If we expand further we will see an increase by at least 40-50% in gross revenue in the first 60 days. Also funding will be used to support ongoing payroll, as well as ongoing ad campaign to drive more Buisness to frenias plumbing and mechanical.

  • Business Plan

Currently, we are on track to break $500,000 in gross revenue this year, my plan for the next 5 years is to expand from Knoxville TN, into Nashville with a branch, Then once both branches are running strong I want to expand state wide. My plan for this time next year is to have 5-7 trucks/crews in the field running which will mean 16-20 employees, (currently at 8) after that I want to add more employees to help me run both branches and will need approximately 4-5 trucks/crews for Nashville branch which will put me at another 10-15 employees on top of the ones at the main branch. As for revenue, I plan on hitting doubling revenue each year, I have a STRONG ad campaign and a strong business plan. Truthfully, I believe if an investor invests into my company they will see a return quickly and efficiently. I have built this company from nothing, I have invested everything I have into this company and more, within the first 5 months of running solid we did $164k gross revenue spent 100k on expenses and profited around 50k some of my accounts are billable through the state and others are builders on 30 day nets. I’m needing to hire at least 1 more crew but lack the funds to do so currently, if granted we will achieve $60,000-$70,000 in gross sales next month, as of July 23 we have already achieved $48,500 in gross revenue for the month. I ask that you take this into consideration when finalizing this decision.
