  • Funding Usage

    I plan to use the funding to expand my business. This includes but is not limited to advertising, hiring more employees, providing more catering services to more clientele. I would like to branch out in an effort for my business to reach more consumers and become more profitable. I also intend to use my business platform to educate others of the importance of entrepreneurship.

  • Business Plan

    With adequate advertising i plan to acquire new clientele. New clientele shall be entered into contracts for catering services for a disclosed amount of time. This should bring in enough revenue to start a food truck which will allow for the hiring of more employees. Once the food truck has doubled its investment a brick and mortar catering service with on site seating for the rental of the facility for in-house functions. There are a plethora of restaurants. There is no competition when it comes to cuisine because everyone has different palates. My cuisine is soulful, hearty, and cannot be rivaled of its originality and presentation. My cuisine comes from recipes passed down through generations of my family and has been appreciated by many for miles around. Preserving a legacy is my goal and if investors are not interested in being a part of my history, a part of my story, a part of a legacy, then they don’t have the vision necessary to be on board and i respect their decisions.

    Honestly and humbly i say i don’t have competitors. Most catering services are provided by well known restaurants and their foods are frozen and only warmed to be prepared. My catering service rivals none, in that each dish is prepared from scratch from age old recipes and plated with excellent service. My food is cooked from the freshest of ingredients. It is all hand cooked from scratch. The recipes are family recipes and the meals are meticulously seasoned and prepared. Cajun and creole food cannot be mainstreamed and cooked in an en-masse fashion and when it is the essence of love and attentiveness put into the food is lost. My meals are the memories of childhood favorites, warm hearty aromas, and flavors that are a breath of my Native Louisianan African and Indian history and heritage.
