Self Identified Competition
One of my top competitors has been in business for over 70 years. They have grown into a large company with around 20 different locations. They are one of the top service companies for this field. However, they are extremely expensive for customers to hire. Another competitor is not as big as the first; however they have a very high turnover rate with their employees. This competitor lays off regularly and also losses a lot of contract with customers due to their high turnover rates. Lastly, this last competitor is a giant in the industry; however new to this particular field. They are basically monopolistic, but lack the leadership and experience required to be successful for maintaining customer satisfaction. I believe that my company is small, however it is exactly what is needed in the industry. We are not big, but we also provide a personal touch with our customers that our bigger competitors do not. Our customers are more than just a number on the books. My company also has connections with hiring on the best and will implement a training program that is one of a kind to retain top quality employees. These qualities I believe makes for a good fit for a private investor or grant opportunity. Also, having worked in the industry for almost two decades, unlike a large majority of our competitors we plan to retain and grow with our employees and not away from them.
