I will use the money in order to ensure that my company has all the tools and equipment necessary in order to complete jobs as safely, quickly and efficiently as possible. Ensuring proper cash flow for the company. I will also use the funds in order to have a buffer to cover payroll and taxes when cash flow is low or slow.

  • Business Plan

My plan is to ensure that we have the best equipment and tools in order to ensure that we can complete jobs quickly, safely and efficiently, improving our marketability and ensuring good referrals. In this industry, word of mouth is the best way to keep the jobs coming in. I also plan to offer benefits and incentives to my employees that are not generally offered in this line of work, helping to ensure top quality employees who want to stick around. I am a family man and have been in this industry for many years, since I was a child actually, my dad had a similar company when I was growing up. I decided it was time to branch out on my own and work to ensure a better, more stable future for myself and my family. It has always been my dream to own my own finishing company and that dream is finally becoming reality, but I need just a little help to get things started on the right foot. Help me to make my dream a reality!!!

  • Self Identified Competition

Icon Interiors - They are always bidding on the same jobs as me, but I believe their work is less quality and they try to undercut my rates. Tyler Finishing - They consistently underbid, making it more difficult to make enough money to pay my employees what they deserve. Carroll Drywall - Poached some of my employees. As well as bidding on same jobs as me. I am working to set-up benefits and incetives for my employees, which are not generally offered in this industry. I have years of experience, starting from childhood, that gives me a edge up on many new start-ups in this industry. As a result of my experience, I have also gained a lot of good contacts, helping to ensure, we are never without work.
