By marketing and advertising as much as possible.I plan on offering jobs to the youth in my community. I plan on giving back by donating left over food daily to the homeless shelter. This will start a positive vibe in my community. I am very determined, creative, outgoing and passionate in my career as a chef. I have an Associates degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management. For the past 5 years, I have worked as a Chef for Morrison healthcare and I am very familiar with how a successful business runs and makes profit. I have learned and worked under numerous of Corporate Chefs whom have taught me how to market and sell my dishes. I just need an opportunity to redeem myself and create history in my small town for many young adults who do not have any hope for their passion to cook.

Self Identified Competition
ZZ's- is located right behind my business. They have a variety of options to choose from and a nice eating area. However, to access this restaurant, parking is difficult since it is located right in front of the town square. Burger Basket-outstanding burgers; and excellent food. They are always very busy. However the wait time is always greater than 20 minutes. This creates a conflict because most residents lunch breaks only last 30 minutes Sonic Drive In- they are traditionally known for their food. However since they have gotten a new manager, it has went downhill since customers orders are always incorrect. I bring food to the table with a twist. All of my competitors offer burgers. I will offer burgers but they will stand out because I plan of stuffing them with bacon, cheese, spinach and etc and calling stuffed burgers. This is one of the few ideas that I have. None of my competitors know how to properly advertise and maximize sells using social media as a brand, using flyers, banners and taste sampling. I will offer all of the above because I am confident in what I will be selling.
