  • Funding Usage

Well don’t be greedy. If I have I 10,000.00 maybe I can find a partner to find me. At least I will have a start. I might can find a single home. If I go to a bankruptcies lawyer for $20 to 30 thousand. So the more funding I have the more opportunities I will have.

  • Business Plan

Just buy rental property and reinvest the money in the Corporation. I want to improve my life and economic situation and improve others as well.

  • Self Identified Competition

Apple Acres Property, Meadowoods Villas And Gibson Ridge Apartments they are all established companies and well managed. I am hungry to better myself and others. Therefore I will run my company where failure is no option and anything is possible. Also fair rent prices and held renters as much as I can if (in these times) if they can’t pay for a month or so. So the more money I have, I can set aside some of the money for that reason.
