848 Brands 85-0959089 | Government Grant Application

848 Brands | Application Preview

848 Brands is applying for government grants to launch a food truck business focused on sustainable and healthy cuisine in Henry County. The food truck aims to provide a variety of food products, including spices, salad dressings, and sauces. The mission is to connect with the local community and support the school system, specifically by offering monthly meals to educators as a gesture of appreciation.

The business plans to achieve a 20% revenue growth each month during its first year. Within 3-5 years, the goal is to expand operations into a full-scale facility that would include fine dining, catering, and meeting spaces.

Given the growing popularity of food trucks, particularly in nearby Atlanta, 848 Brands sees a unique opportunity to address the demand for convenient, quality meals at reasonable prices. The primary competition in the area includes established fast-food chains like Hardees and Chick-fil-A, but 848 Brands aims to differentiate itself by providing healthier and more sustainable meal options at competitive prices. This approach is expected to resonate with a diverse clientele eager for better dining choices in the community.

  • Business Plan

The objective of 848 Brands Food Truck is to offer cuisine options that are more sustainable and healthy for the community of Henry County. Our goal is to become a mainstay in the Henry County area by connecting with the community through food and support the Henry County school system. Because of our strong beliefs in education and to show appreciation for the teachers of the our future leaders, who we believe to be under-valued, we plan to feed them once a month. We would first begin feeding the Board, and after months of growth feed the faculty of a school once a month. The goal of 848 is to see a 20% increase in revenue monthly within the first year. It is the vision of the 848 Brands Food Truck to expand after 3-5 years into a facility that will offer fine dining, catering services, meeting spaces, family-friendly lounge, and a bar that will be open for lunch and dinner. The fast growing Food Truck trend has modestly infiltrated the Henry county area. Ever popular in the City of Atlanta, the opportunity is unprecedented. The City of Stockbridge occasionally will bring food trucks in the area and are very well attended and received.  848 Brands Food Truck will solve the problem of convenience and quality at a reasonable price. The menu being offered by 848 Brands Truck is unlike any other and will appeal to a diverse clientele.

  • Self Identified Competition

In the proposed designated area, the only near competition is Hardees, Chic Fil A, and a Racetrack. We will offer a more sustainable and healthy cuisine that is in much need and want in the community. We will offer quality and an affordable price that will capture the patronage of the community.
