I can only provide chat services and the companies I do business with would have to outsource a platform so we can take chats on. I’m not certain what would make us different but my team is very well trained and we make sure to make any changes ASAP once we are notified by my clients. We are available from 7:00 am EST till midnight 7 days a week. Work year round except Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
