The need for quality mental health services has never been high in my community. In order to meet the needs of my community, I have to hire more clinicians. Each clinician has a lot of upfront costs to be able to start working with the community, and then they will not be bringing in any month for about a month or two, yet they still deserve to get paid for the work they are doing. I will use the money to hire a few more clinicians and pay the ones I have already hired. I want to help my community more than I currently am. Please help me help them.

No one really does what we do by the 3 closes ones would be; Centus, Denver mental health, and the Jefferson Center We are community-based. We do mostly in-home or telehealth sessions. Almost all of our clients are on Medicaid. Almost all of our clients would not be able to get high-quality mental health care if it was not for my company. We go to schools, prisons, homeless shelters, or any our clients need services. We can use a variety of different interventions.
