Business Plan
Advertising and adding more beginner and community classes to accommodate people who have gained weight during shut down during the pandemic. We also plan to add more features such as massage therapy and IV therapy to increase revenue. We grew a business right in the heart of a pandemic. As a new business owner, it wasn't easy to pivot while establishing a name, but we did it while learning the ropes of business. We opened with only 45 members and 4 weeks later had to shut down. We grew to 150 members and have increased staff while maintaining a 4.8 star rating! We feel had there not been a pandemic, we should be out of the red at this point. We did not receive any assistance throughout this time and have used our savings and 401k to make it through. Now we need financial help to push through the other side.

Self Identified Competition
9 Round Ilivekickboxing Club Pilates Several of our competitors shut down their business after the pandemic hit, but we pushed through and survived. These were businesses that were already established and couldn't make it through. Being new and not having a name made it more difficult to grow, but we became innovative and instead of giving up, we put in hard work.
